PHENYLMETHYLSULFONYL FLUORIDE (PMSF)
Phenylmethylsulfonyl fluoride (CAS# 329-98-6) is a widely used serine protease inhibitor that has been extensively investigated over a long period of time. It is also known by the name PMSF. PMSF is categorized as an irreversible inhibitor since it functions by sulfonylating the serine residue.
